Do you build the website, or do I?
We do. Every website is designed and built for your restaurant from scratch. No templates. It's set up for search from day one, with online ordering and your deals built in.
How do customers find me?
Through your own website and storefront link. We set your site up so it shows well on Google, and you can share the link on your Google Business profile, Instagram and flyers.
What hardware do I need?
Nothing to buy up front: we provide a tablet for your counter. If you'd rather use your own tablet or computer, that works too. We also support kitchen printers for order tickets.
How do payments work?
Customers pay with any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. They're only charged once you accept the order.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Orders come through your own website, so your customers and their order history stay with your restaurant.
Can customers order ahead?
Yes. Customers can order for as soon as possible or pick a later time slot. Scheduled orders are clearly marked on your board.
Can I use my own delivery drivers?
That's coming soon: you'll be able to send delivery orders to your own drivers straight from the kitchen screen.
Does this work with Echo Voice AI?
Echo Voice AI is in testing with select restaurants right now. Once it launches, phone orders taken by Echo will land on the same kitchen screen as your online orders. It's optional, so use one or both. Reach out to us and we may be able to add you to the beta.
